In Karachi, southern Pakistan, a panic broke out near a food distribution center on Friday. At least 11 people have died after being trampled in line for free flour. Among them are five women and three children.

The pressure of the crowd after the outbreak of panic caused one of the walls of the plant where food was distributed to collapse. Reuters reported that three children were among the eleven killed. Five injured people were hospitalized.
