Steinmeier: let’s stick to the rules

Steinmeier recalled that the German state “has the means to protect itself against a severe and even fatal course of the disease.” “But so far still too few people have used it” – he stressed and added. “That is why I am asking you again today (…): get vaccinated and renew your vaccinations in time! It is about your health and that of your neighbors! The future of our country is at stake.”

Over 44,000 new infections

In Germany, the seven-day incidence of coronavirus rose to 446.7 on Sunday, the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) announced. On Saturday it was 444.3. This value indicates how many people per 100 thousand. residents have been infected with the coronavirus in the past seven days.
