The 28-year-old came to the area of the railway station in Parczew (Lubelskie) to pick up the train driver. He ignored the entry ban and didn't see the end of the concrete loading ramp. As a result, the front of the vehicle fell onto the railway tracks, and the rear part remained on the ramp located about a meter above the tracks. Firefighters had to pull the car out.
The services received the report on Wednesday (January 22) after 5 a.m. A 28-year-old resident of Terespol arrived in the station area in a Mercedes PKP in Parczew for a train driver who was just finishing his shift.
“Unfortunately, the man ignored the B-2 'no entry' sign and did not notice the end of the concrete loading ramp. As a result, the front of the vehicle fell onto the railway tracks, while the rear part remained on the concrete ramp located approximately one meter above the tracks,” writes the sergeant in the release Staff Ewelina Semeniuk from the District Police Headquarters in Parczew.

He was sober
Fortunately, there were no bystanders nearby and only the vehicle was damaged. The 28-year-old was sober.
“Firefighters from Parczew also intervened on site, pulled out the suspended Mercedes and cleared the loading track for trains,” the policewoman notes and appeals for caution.
