The National Electoral Commission published the voting results in the elections to the Sejm and Senate from all constituencies. According to tvn24.pl’s calculations, the democratic opposition wins 248 seats in the Sejm. The parliamentary majority is 231 seats.
The National Electoral Commission published at 9 a.m data from 100 percent of voting precincts. According to these results, five parties got into the Sejm. Law and Justice won 35.38 percent of the votes, Civic Coalition – 30.70 percent, Third Road – 14.40 percent, New Left – 8.61 percent, and Confederation – 7.16 percent of the votes.
Elections 2023. Distribution of seats in the Sejm
Calculations by the tvn24.pl editorial team based on data from the National Electoral Commission show that the distribution of seats in the new Sejm is as follows:
PiS – 194 seats KO – 157 seats Trzecia Droga – 65 seats New Left – 26 seats Konfederacja – 18 seats
This means that the democratic opposition can count on 248 seats in the Sejm.
