The introduction of seniority pensions, focusing on housing supply, and increasing funds for health care were announced by Deputy Prime Minister, President of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński at the program conference in Końskie. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that he wanted the average salary in Poland to be at least PLN 10,000.
On Saturday in Końskie in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, a PiS program conference was held with the participation of, among others, the deputy prime minister, the president of the party Jarosław Kaczyński and prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki. Kaczyński said that his party usually has “large” programs. – Tusk has 100 (program proposals – ed.), and we have many more – added the PiS president.
He said that PiS values remain unchanged. The first of them, Kaczyński said, is the dignity of every human being, which cannot depend on social position, age or race. – We reject it, every person has their own dignity and we respect it and will respect it – he said.
During his speech, Kaczyński said that a second public finance reform with such efficiency could no longer be carried out, so new sources of economic efficiency and growth should be sought. – We refer to the institutional reserve, i.e. to repairing the state – he said. He added that the PiS election program is “about the political system and democratization of the state” and about the reform of the justice system. He emphasized that in the program “we close state affairs with security issues, but this is a traditional area.”

Mateusz Morawicki stated that Law and Justice wants to offer Poles a vision of fair and solidary economic development that will meet the aspirations of Poles. – We want Poles to spread their wings. Our vision of development is such that at the end of our – hopefully third term of office – the average salary in Poland will be at least PLN 10,000 – he said. – In six years, average wages in Poland will be on par with French wages, but without burning cars, without broken windows, plundered shops, churches and schools, as in France. This vision is possible – added the Prime Minister
Below is a list of demands presented by Jarosław Kaczyński:
- focusing on supply in the field of housing, eliminating patho-developers and “what is pathology in this area and which, according to calculations, costs Poland over PLN 84 billion a year”
- introduction pensions internships – 38 years for women and 43 for men
- energy transformation “with the preservation of coal” – “while maintaining this basis of our security, we must also invest heavily in nuclear energy and various types of green energy”
- increasing funds for health care
- digitalization of Poland – “with one reservation: we will defend cash like independence,” said the PiS president.
The PiS president also talked about necessary actions in the area of the natural environment. – We must prevent droughts, we must prevent desertification and this is planned, tens of billions of zlotys will have to be spent on this, but it is entirely possible – he said. He explained that it would be necessary to create water reservoirs near rivers and 50,000 kilometers of drainage ditches.
