Parliamentary elections. PiS announced the election slogan. Comments of politicians

It is not a surprise for the opposition that the election slogan of Law and Justice, which reads: “Safe future of Poles”, was presented by President Jarosław Kaczyński, standing against the background of two prime ministers, the Marshal of the Sejm and the Minister of Defence. – In fact, the PiS election slogan should be: “Safe future of PiS members”, because they can really take care of it – assesses Donald Tusk, the leader of the Civic Platform.

After the great parade, after numerous visits by politicians of power to the eastern border, the opposition expected that the topic of security – despite the lost rocket and Belarusian helicopters – would be one of the most important for PiS.

– Law and Justice very much wants to pretend in these elections that it has not been in power for eight years – believes Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk, an MP from the Left. – For us, a safe Poland is in particular a safe Polish woman – emphasizes Joanna Scheuring-Wielgus, an MP from the Left. This is the answer of the Left, which approved its electoral lists on Friday. They include activists of the party, but also of non-governmental organizations, KOD, Women’s Strike and local governments.

The campaign is gaining color, also thanks to various announcements. The PiS president started with military security and the announcement of a large army. – This army is to achieve the position of the strongest land army in a short time, because unfortunately, when it comes to aviation, it will not be the case of the army on the continent – said Jarosław Kaczyński.

At the conference, the PiS president also threatened with migrants in order to smoothly transition to energy security, social security and inflation. – This inflation is falling and soon, one can accept such an assumption with a very high degree of probability, as a dangerous phenomenon, it will disappear – assured Kaczyński.

– I do not believe that PiS will ensure social security. I do not believe that he will be able to fight inflation, high prices. I don’t believe PiS, so the slogan about security is like spitting in the face of Poles – assesses Krzysztof Gawkowski, MP of the Left.

On Friday, PiS also sent its election bus on tour to meet Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. However, not only the head of government meets with voters. Sovereign Poland MP Janusz Kowalski also went to Poland and appeared at a meeting of the opposition, whose members emphasized that they drive their own cars as part of their holidays and collect signatures for letters.

In Konin, Michał Kołodziejczak from Agrouni also explained to those who loudly criticized him why he was running from the list of the Civic Coalition. – We know that we will not survive the third term of PiS in the countryside – said Kołodziejczak.

Posing against the background of a new hospital, business meetings, business cars or handing out checks for the Volunteer Fire Brigade – this, in turn, is PiS’s campaign in the field.
