The race continues, there is no clear leader
The survey was conducted one year after the last parliamentary elections in Poland. As social research expert Anna Trząsalska noted in a comment to the summary of results, “after a year we can see that the race for the first place in the polls is still going on, without a clear leader.”
“The Civic Coalition, with its ups and downs, has been strengthening and stabilizing its position in recent months, while Law and Justice, after falling in the post-election months, is regaining its strong position,” she wrote.
As we read, “we can see even more dynamics in the situation of the Third Way and the Confederation.” “The former achieved a very high result in the elections, but was unable to maintain it and has now dropped to fifth place in terms of support. Confederation, on the other hand, despite its low result in the elections, began to gain supporters in May to such an extent that it is now the third power in this respect political in Poland,” we read.
The survey was conducted on October 15-18 on a representative group of 1,001 adult residents of Poland. The study was carried out using computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI).
