Very often in topics where a journalist should put a question mark, in the case of Karol Nawrocki, these cannons were so directed that you put exclamation marks – he complained in “Piasecki's conversation” on TVN24, the chief of staff of the PiS candidate, Paweł Szefernaker. The questions were asked, often uncomfortable, but many of them remained – and still remain – unanswered. We remind you what the relationship between Karol Nawrocki and journalists during the election campaign looked like.

Paweł Szefernaker was asked on Thursday in “Piasecki's conversation” on TVN24 about controversial facts from the biography Karol Nawrockiwhich came to light during the campaign.

The Chief of Staff of the PiS candidate stated that many cases from which the subject of the campaign were attempted were not supported by evidence. – In this campaign, many topics that appeared from the first day, from the lampoon, which was called the report, were topics that were attempted to talk about the future of Poland to replacement topics – he said.

Szefernaker accused journalists that instead of asking questions, they raised theses. – In democracy it is natural that (journalists – ed.) They ask questions. Only they ask questions and do not ask exclamation marks at the end. I watched the TVN station many times last week, I also watched other programs. Very often in topics where there were no witnesses, where the journalist should put a question mark, in the case of Karol Nawrocki these cannons were so directed that you put exclamation marks – complained Szefernaker.

At this point, Konrad Piasecki asked the question: how many laws Karol Nawrocki took part in. However, he did not receive a specific answer. – What do you call a bill? Szefernaker replied. – These are the issues we talked about, we spoke about it in the campaign – he added. And he repeated the accusation that Karol Nawrocki was “repeatedly attacked by journalists during the election campaign.”

Unanswered questions and attacks on journalists

Szefernaker talked about “putting exclamation marks”, meanwhile the numerous questions of our journalists for both the PiS candidate himself and his staff remained unanswered.

Three days before the first round presidential elections Karol Nawrocki visited Wałbrzych. Although he announced that journalists “can always count on the fact that he would answer all questions”, for some editorials neither the task of questions, nor to get the answer to them was not easy.

One of the questions asked at the time was: what percentage Karol Nawrocki borrowed money to Mr. Jerzy? The PiS candidate responded in silence. At that time, Nawrocki's supporters raised loud shouts. After a while, Nawrocki asked: “The whole bus from TVN came?” The PiS candidate did not answer the TVN24 journalist Olga Milyn on the apartment that he took over in unclear circumstances. The journalist was booed and shouted at the meeting, and one man tried to break her microphone.

Such a situation was during the campaign more, as did the unnot of Karol Nawrocki and his staff in the face of journalists' questions.

In May, Nawrocki made a statement regarding an apartment in Gdańsk, which he obtained from Mr. Jerzy. He announced that he decided to hand over a studio to a charity. Journalists asked later about the details of PiS candidate Emilia Wierzbicki. – What is the organization? Don't you know if you don't want to say? Because both are interesting – said TVN24 reporter Agata Adamek. – You have to dose interesting information – Wierzbicki replied.

When journalists indicated that the staff organized a conference and Nawrocki did not want to answer the questions, Wierzbicki replied that it was a “statement”. Journalists kept asking a number of questions about Nawrocki's second apartment, but the spokeswoman did not respond to them. – I think it was a very important statement. I hope that you will issue them in full – she said. She also assessed that “everything was said”.

Karol Nawrocki not only avoided answering journalists' questions, but sometimes he just said untruth. After the debate with Rafał Trzaskowski Karol Nawrocki put something in his mouth, argued that he “took gum”. It wasn't until later that the head of his staff said that in fact it was a Snus – a drug containing nicotine addictive and harmful to health.
