“It was very hot outside. The police gave the deer some water to drink and notified the veterinary services. They took care of the animal until they arrived,” we read in a statement on the website of the City Police Headquarters in Białystok.

“It is worth remembering that when we see an injured animal that has injuries or problems moving, we should notify the veterinary services or an organization dealing with the protection of wild animals.
