From Tuesday, May 6, the default daily limits for transfers and payments on the IPKO website will be in force in PKO BP – the Bank provided in a communiqué. Changes are introduced to further increase the security of transactions on the Internet.
“On May 6, we are introducing changes in detailed conditions for the provision of electronic banking services and telephone banking services as well as submitting statements at PKO Bank Polski SA SA, changes will apply to, among others, payment limits” – the bank said in a message posted on the website.
As explained, “default and maximum daily limits for transfers and payments on IPKO” will be introduced for security reasons.
“Default daily limit This is the amount for which you can order transfers and payments on IPKO in one day. We will set it automatically on your account, “the bank said.
On the other hand Maximum daily limit This is the amount to which the default daily limit can be raised, depending on the method of authorization of transfers used.
PKO BP introduces new limits
- The default daily limit from May 6 will be 10,000 zloty,
- If the customer had a higher limit previously set, the bank will automatically lower him to this amount,
- The customer will be able to raise it to the maximum daily limit (up to PLN 300,000),
- The maximum limit will depend on the authorization tool and additional security services used by the customer.
PKO BP emphasized that for accounts in PLN, with mobile authorization, the limit will be 200,000. PLN, while for SMS codes and code cards – 50,000 zloty.
“If you use mobile authorization and you have an additional login security on IPKO, you will use the highest maximum daily payment limit (it will amount to PLN 300,000 for accounts in PLN)” – it was written.
