Successive managers of state-owned companies made payments to the account of Law and Justice in February, according to the list published on the group’s website. These are payments in the amount of PLN 25,000 and PLN 20,000. This year, amounts exceeding PLN 10,000, which should be included in the register, were credited to the account of the ruling party by eleven people associated with the authorities of state-owned companies.

On February 10 this year, he donated PLN 25,000 to Law and Justice Tomasz Gontarz – results from this year’s list, which was posted on the group’s website. Gontarz is a board member of a state-owned company PKP Intercity.

He made a payment of PLN 20,000 on February 22 Miroslaw Jamrozyvice-president of Enea Measurements for organizational matters.

Payments to the PiS account – January

Funding of political parties

Since July last year, political parties have been obliged to publish a statement of payments made to their accounts. According to Art. 25 of the Act on Political Parties, every Polish citizen who has a permanent place of residence in the country may donate funds to a political party.

The total sum of payments from a natural person, excluding membership fees, may not exceed 15 times the minimum remuneration for work in one year. As counted by HR, this year, with the increase minimum wagethe maximum transfer can be PLN 52,350.
