The ministry reminded that the tax should be paid within seven days from the date of receipt of the information. “We once again warn against fraudsters who are trying to extort taxpayers' details. Their activity increases during the period of submitting tax returns,” MF said.

“Fraudsters send false SMS or e -mail messages, which relate to, for example, tax refund, the need to make a correction, data update, notifications from the tax office or alerts of the application. Messages encourage you to click on dangerous links or attachments.
