PKO BP, Bank Pekao, Santander Bank Polska, ING Bank Śląski, mBank and BNP Paribas – these are some of the banks that have planned service works in the coming days. For this reason, customers must prepare for difficulties in accessing services. There may be problems with card payments, among other things.
On Sunday from 0.00 to At 12:00 noon you will not be able to use the iPKO and iPKO biznes internet and telephone services as well as payments in online stores using the “Paying with iPKO” service.
As announced in the announcement, the iPKO Biznes mobile application will be unavailable during the break, and the operation of the IKO application will be limited to withdrawals from ATMs, payments in stationary and online stores using Blik.
At the same time, representatives of PKO BP assured that “all cards, including the most popular debit card PKO Ekspres, will work without any disruptions”.
The technical break is planned at Bank Pekao. The reason, as explained in the Communication, is the necessary work related to transfer of customer service from Idea Bank IT services to Bank Pekao systems.
Therefore, on Saturday from 15.00 to Sunday until At 12.00 noon will be unavailable: the Pekao24 website, the PeoPay application, Pekao24Makler and the eTrader Pekao platform. In addition, from Friday from From 22.00 to 6.00 on Monday, the online PekaoBiznes24, mobile application and Pekao Connect service will be unavailable.
“During this time, you will not make transactions using Blik codes and Pay-by-link online payments or online payment by card with confirmation of authorization in the mobile application or online banking. You will not use the bank’s hotline services, except for the possibility of blocking the card” – we read in the message. Card payments in brick-and-mortar stores and ATM withdrawals are supposed to work properly.
Santander Bank Polska
On Friday from Saturday 22.00 to 09.00 Santander Bank Polska is to work on improving the application and online banking. During this time, customers will not use Blik, instant transfers and Santander Exchange Office, nor will they pay for online purchases by Przelew24. A bit later, on Friday from 23.00 it will not be possible to log in to internet banking and the mobile application.
Access to services is to be restored on Saturday at 9.00.
ING Bank Śląski
At night from Saturday to Sunday, from 0.00 to 5.30, clients of ING Bank Śląski may have a problem, inter alia, with the implementation of online payments with cards with additional authentication (3DSecure), card activation, changing transaction limits and assigning PIN codes, making a transfer from a credit card account and carrying out card operations in electronic banking.
Additionally, CDMs will not be available in the coming days. Temporary interruptions in the execution of deposits at Planet Cash / ING ATMs may occur: at night from Saturday to Sunday, from 0.00 to 3.00 and at night from Sunday to Monday, from 1.30 to 4.00.
A technical break is also planned at mBank from Saturday to Sunday. For this reason, between 2.00-8.30, customers will not pay by card and will not withdraw cash from the ATM. You will also not be able to pay for online purchases between 2.00-10.10.
Between 2.00 and 10.10 you will not be able to log into your account on the Internet and in the mobile application. Additionally, from 1.30-11.00 am, customers will not submit any request.
“Please, order all important transfers earlier. If you have plans for the weekend, it’s best to withdraw cash” – advise mBank representatives.
On Friday from 21.00 to 23:59 GOonline Biznes, GOmobile Biznes, GOconnect Biznes (Host to Host) systems will be unavailable due to ongoing service works. At the same time, it was announced that card payments and access to ATMs would continue to function without disruptions.
In the night from Friday to Saturday, from 24.00-6.00, Blik contactless payments will not be available.
In the night from Friday to Saturday, from 23.30 to 8.30, there will be a break in access to internet banking and mobile banking.
Idea Bank customers, like Bank Pekao, also have to prepare for difficulties in connection with the migration of customer service from Idea Bank’s IT services to Bank Pekao systems.
On Friday after after 16.00 all electronic services of Idea Bank, i.e. Idea Cloud internet banking, mobile application and telephone banking will be turned off. “After this hour, you will not carry out your instructions in Idea Cloud internet banking, in the mobile application, as well as on the Idea Bank SA hotline and in the bank’s branches” – it was explained.
On Monday from At 8.00 am, existing Idea Bank customers are to gain access to electronic banking, hotline and Bank Pekao branches. They will be able to use the new Bank Pekao cards from Sunday.
On Friday from 22 to On Saturday, on Saturday, the BOŚBank24 system and mobile application, the mojeID service and TeleBOŚ will be unavailable. In addition, the BOŚ Bank hotline will be available with limited functionality.
On Sunday, from 4.00-8.00, due to planned administrative work on the supplier’s side, it may not be possible to make a card transaction on the Internet with the 3D Secure service that requires authentication via an SMS code.
In the night from Saturday to Sunday, from 0.30-5.00, it will not be possible to log in to internet banking and the mobile application.
On Sunday, from 10.00-14.00, there may be temporary difficulties in accessing the electronic banking system, automatic telephone service and the so-called quick payments.
