PKO BP, Bank Pekao, Santander Bank Polska, ING Bank Śląski, mBank, BNP Paribas, Nest Bank, Bank BPS, VeloBank, Bank Pocztowy – these are the banks that have planned service works in the coming days. Therefore, customers must prepare for difficulties. Some people may have problems with card payments.

PKO BP

Service works in the coming days are planned by the PKO BP bank. “From 23:00 on August 18, 2023 to 03:00 on August 19, 2023, the website www.pkobp.pl will be unavailable,” reads the bank’s statement.

According to the bank, card payments, cash deposits and withdrawals from ATMs, the iPKO and iPKO biznes services, the IKO application, the hotline, and “I pay with iPKO” payments will work without interruption.

It was added that the service work will not change the login page to the iPKO website. “Log in as before,” the bank instructs.

Bank Pekao

The second largest bank in Poland, Bank Pekao, also announced a technical break. Customers must expect disruption on Monday, August 21 from 1am to 4am.

During this time, you will not be able to log in to the Pekao24 website and the PeoPay application, you will not be able to use the Pekao eTrader platform and the debit card and ATM of our bank and BLIK.

“Remember to withdraw cash from an ATM in advance and order transfers or other planned operations in electronic banking” – the bank appeals.

Santander Bank Poland

Santander Bank Polska, however, announced a break in the night from Friday to Saturday. Some bank services will not work from 11pm to 6am. The following will not work: online banking, mobile application, instant transfers (Express Elixir, Bluecash), payments in online stores (Przelew24) and Kantor Santander.

“If you need to send an urgent transfer, do it before the scheduled break. If necessary, you can also withdraw additional cash from an ATM,” we read.

ING Bank Śląski

“During the night of August 20-21, between 0.00 and 0.30, there may be problems with the execution of deposits and withdrawals in ING and Planet Cash network devices. Transactions in depositories can be carried out off-line” – informs ING.

“If you can, deposit or withdraw money at another time” – the bank appeals.

mBank

The technical break at mBank has been scheduled for Saturday, August 19. “Due to the scheduled technical work on August 19 (Saturday) from 09.00 to 14.00, you will not be able to log in to the mBank Giełda brokerage application,” the bank said. It was added that the eBakler and mInwestor trading systems will be available at that time.

BNP Paribas

On Sunday, August 20, from 6.00 am to 7.00 am, GOonline internet banking and the GOmobile mobile application will not work

At the same time, we would like to inform you that card payments and cash withdrawals from ATMs will operate without interruption.

Nest Bank

On Sunday, August 20, from 00.30 to 5.00, online banking and the Nest Bank mobile application will be completely unavailable.

This means that you will not be able to: – log in to online banking and the mobile application, – use BLIK or Visa Mobile, – confirm payments for online purchases with a card using electronic banking, – pay in an online store using a payment link or change payment limits in electronic banking.

During this time, you will be able to pay with a payment card, also using Apple Pay, Google Pay and a watch or wristband (Fitbit Pay, Garmin Pay, Swatch Pay) in brick-and-mortar stores and to deposit and withdraw cash from ATMs using a payment card.

Bank BPS

“August 21, 2023, between 00.00 – 00.30, there may be interruptions in the authorization of transactions using the system BLIK. This is due to planned service works.

VeloBank

Service works were also announced by VeloBank.

“In the night from Friday to Saturday (from 18 to 19 August) from 23:30 to 8:20 we carry out technical work and improve our systems. You will not log in to electronic banking. You will not make a transfer and you will not use BLIK. Online card payments may You will still pay with a card in a brick-and-mortar store, deposit and withdraw cash with a card from an ATM,” reads the bank’s statement.

Post Bank

Customers of Bank Pocztowy on Sunday, August 20 may have problems with the functioning of cards: – between 03:00 and 08:00 there will be no possibility to download card data in electronic banking, including the CVC2 code, – between 04.00-08.00 the possibility of performing 3D Secure transactions requiring authentication by entering a code sent via SMS will be suspended. This does not apply to online transactions that require 3D Secure e-banking authentication. It will also be impossible to attach cards to XIAOMI PAY/GARMIN PAY/GOOGLE PAY/APPLE PAY digital wallets.
