On Monday afternoon, PKO Bank Polski customers reported problems with the IKO application. “Today is a nightmare,” they write on social media.
“What’s happening with the application? Today it’s a nightmare and not only for me”, “how long will the problems with the application last?”, “when will the application start working?” – these were the comments of PKO BP customers that were posted on the bank’s Facebook profile.
PKO BP – failure and problems with the application
In response to one of the comments, the bank wrote that “now the application should work properly.” “If it does not work, please contact the hotline,” PKO BP added on social media.
According to customer reports on social media, the failure at PKO BP was most noticeable after 2 p.m. We also received information from Internet users that the application and electronic banking are not working on Kontakt 24.
According to the information available on the Downdetector website, which collects information about problems sent by Internet users, the failure at PKO BP began on Monday around noon, but the problems intensified after a few hours and that’s when the number of reports of difficulties began to increase.
