The Brazilian fire department of the state of Sao Paulo reported that the tragedy occurred at 1:25 p.m. local time (6:25 p.m. Polish time – editor's note) in the town of Vinhedo, less than 70 km from the large metropolis in the south of the country.
Seven units arrived at the scene, but the services did not provide any information about the victims.

VoePass Airlines, which owned the plane, issued a statement saying there were 58 passengers and four crew members on board. It set up a 24-hour helpline for families.
“Hospitals in neighboring cities are being mobilized to admit any injured people. The fire department, civil defense and the Military Police are working at the scene,” the “g1” service reported.
