The State Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission announced the presentation of a preliminary report on the plane crash in Chrcynno in Mazovia. The tragedy happened in mid-July. Six people died and the other seven were seriously injured.

PKWBL will publish a preliminary report on the disaster in Chrcynno on Wednesday morning. Later, at 13, a press conference will be held at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where the information contained in the report will be presented.

The Cessna 208B plane belonging to the Warsaw Aeroclub crashed on the evening of July 17 br. in the parachute zone in Chrcynno near Nasielsk. PKWBL reported that the machine collided with the flying club building, where other people were staying, after performing the “touch and go” manoeuvre.

“Touch and go” is one of the maneuvers in aviation that allows the aircraft crew to touch the runway with the wheels of the machine, and then immediately take it into flight.

There were three pilots on board the Cessna, including an instructor who died on the spot. A total of six people died as a result of the incident. All of them were related to aviation and the Warsaw Aeroclub community. Seven people were seriously injured.
