On the A4 motorway at night from Monday to Tuesday, a passenger bus drove into the back of a truck. Two children were injured.
The incident took place after 3 a.m. on the A4 motorway near the town of Chłopi, between Opole Zachód and Brzeg junctions. The duty officer of the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Opole reported that a passenger bus ran into the back of a truck.
Nine people, including four children, were traveling in the bus, according to information from the services. Two children were injured in the incident. According to the Opole fire brigade on duty, one of them suffered injuries to his limbs.
After 5 o’clock in the morning General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways informed that the motorway towards Wrocław is blocked.
