The man whose body was found on plots of land in Pleszew was murdered “with a large share of aggression” – the prosecutor’s office reports. According to investigators, he was supposed to beat the concubine on the day he died. After this incident, “justice” was to be administered. Three people, including the woman’s 17-year-old son, were detained. The murder was charged with particular cruelty by the 26-year-old.
On Sunday, before 9 p.m., police officers from Pleszew received a report that the body of a man had been found in the allotment gardens at Wierzbowa Street in Pleszew.
– Under the supervision of the district prosecutor in Pleszew, activities with the participation of an expert were carried out, including a detailed inspection of the scene of the incident and the body, says Maciej Meler, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
They detained three people
Based on these materials, investigators concluded that the man’s death was due to the participation of third parties. On the basis of the injured injured, it was established that the man was murdered “with a high proportion of aggression”.
– On the prosecutor’s order, policemen from Pleszew arrested three people. He’s a 17-year-old boy, a 26-year-old woman, and a 22-year-old man who are suspected of being related to this particular incident, Meler said.
All detainees are residents of Pleszew. According to the findings of the investigators, the deceased man on the same day, several hours earlier, was to beat a 40-year-old concubine. – The woman was taken to the hospital, but after several minutes she left at her own request – explained the prosecutor.
Fists, a stone and a sharp tool
– After this incident, the woman’s 17-year-old son with his friends came to the summer cottage where the 43-year-old was staying. Our preliminary findings show that justice was administered on its own. The man was beaten not only with fists and legs, but also with a stone and a sharp tool, said prosecutor Meler. He added that the section would allow the mechanism and nature of the injuries to be recreated.
A homicide charge for a 26-year-old girl
On Monday afternoon, a 26-year-old woman was charged with murder with particular cruelty. – Currently, a trial experiment is being carried out with the suspect at the crime scene. There are also interrogations of the detainees in the case of two men aged 17 and 20 – Meler said before 4 p.m.
The youngest of them – as the prosecutor explained – is supposed to respond like an adult. All are facing a life sentence.
