A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a truck in Płock. Emergency services are working on the scene, the road is blocked.
The accident occurred on Bartoszewskiego Street, on the so-called “small Płock bypass”. The services were alerted after 7 a.m.
– According to initial findings, the 39-year-old motorcyclist was probably overtaking and collided with a MAN truck travelling in the opposite direction. Then, the motorcyclist hit the bus – Jakub Tomaszewski from the Płock police headquarters told us.
He added that the motorcyclist died at the scene. – We are carrying out the activities under the supervision of the prosecutor. The road is blocked – the policeman warned.
The services estimate that the disruptions may last until 12 noon.
