At the gas station, the attention of the policemen from Płock was caught by a man without a mask. It turned out that he was wanted to serve a prison sentence. The officers first issued him a ticket for not complying with the restrictions, and then took him to a prison.
As the press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Płock announced on Monday, subcommands. Marta Lewandowska, the incident took place on Sunday evening at one of the petrol stations. A patrol there noticed a man who had no mask covering his mouth and nose.
– After checking in IT systems, it turned out that the 34-year-old was wanted to serve a prison sentence for his previous offenses – emphasized the spokeswoman of the Płock police. She added that after the actions performed, the patrol led the man to the prison. – He was fined for the offense, concerning non-compliance with the order to cover his mouth and nose – she told the subcommittee. Marta Lewandowska assured that officers systematically check compliance with the restrictions related to the pandemic. – Despite many appeals for compliance with the sanitary regime and concern for safety, both for oneself and for others, there are still many people who deliberately break the regulations – she concluded.
