She reported that “preliminary findings show that the driver of a silver Opel passenger car, leaving the parking lot, hit an 11-year-old girl riding an electric scooter on the pavement – the man got out of the vehicle for a moment, and after a short conversation with the victim, he got back in and drove off, saying he was in a hurry.
