Police officers from PÅ‚ock received a report of the theft of a wooden boat belonging to a resident of the Sochocin commune. – When the man went to the Wkra to go fishing, he did not find the boat in the place where he had previously securely moored it with a chain to a steel pole – informed the spokeswoman of the District Police Headquarters in PÅ‚oÅ„sk, Kinga Drężek-ZmysÅ‚owska.

The owner of the boat learned from the fishermen that a dozen or so minutes earlier they had seen a kayak floating down the river, and right behind it a boat, in which two people were using kayak paddles. The reporting party, together with police officers from the Nowe Miasto police station sent to the scene, drove to the area of the nearest bridge and marina. From a distance they noticed the kayak and boat, as well as three men who were behaving loudly.
