Poczta Polska will provide services for the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the Police Headquarters

Poczta Polska once again concluded an agreement with the Ministry of the Interior and Administration and the Police Headquarters. It includes the provision of letter, parcel and courier services. The new contract is valid from the beginning of October to the end of September 2025, and its total value exceeds PLN 166 million.

As emphasized in the press release, Poczta Polska created several thousand user accounts in the “Electronic Sender” panel in the “Electronic Sender” panel for the service of the units of the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the Police Headquarters, who, using the many functionalities of the program, will prepare and send parcels.


Continuation of cooperation

“The good cooperation allowed us to continue using the facilities offered by Poczta Polska, such as Electronic Acknowledgment of Receipt and the Electronic Sender program. Within 12 months, the client sent several million parcels, including the EPO service” – commented Andrzej Bodziony, vice president of Poczta Polska , quoted in the release.

As the Poczta Polska recalled, the Electronic Acknowledgment of Receipt (EPO) replaces the Return Receipts in the paper form. The service is provided for both institutional and commercial clients. The EPO service is an alternative to the traditional form of receipt for the receipt of a registered letter.

Poczta Polska provides the service with the use of tablets using the dedicated application “Mobile Postman”. As part of this project, postmen across the country received over 40,000. tablets connected to the Internet, thanks to which the EPO is made available to the broadcaster in real time.
