Poland 2050 submits a draft amendment to the act, which is to facilitate the control of the Supreme Audit Office, among others, in state-owned companies. – In this act, we provide that if the NIK is denied the possibility of conducting an audit, the president of the Supreme Audit Office may refer the case to the court within 30 days, and the latter should consider the case within the next 30 days – she said. Paulina Hennig-Kloska, an MP from the Polska 2050 circle, announced on Friday during the conference that her formation, in cooperation with members of opposition groups, would submit a bill amending the law on the Supreme Audit Office. She explained that the amendment “would introduce into the Polish legal order a quick court procedure that would streamline and enforce the control of the Supreme Audit Office”.

– It’s important because Supreme Chamber of Control supervises the state. controls the operation of the state and the spending of public money on behalf of the parliament, and therefore also on behalf of the citizens – said Hennig-Kloska.
