Citizens of Poland, Slovenia and Romania went to vote in the European Parliament elections in their embassies in Sarajevo. They decided to do so even though the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not agree to it. This week, for the first time in history, the Sarajevo authorities did not allow foreigners to participate in the elections. Tensions began with the vote for the UN resolution.
