Małopolska with the highest use of a tourist voucher

From the beginning of the Polish Tourist Voucher program the largest number of voucher payments was recorded in the province Lesser Poland (1.2 million transactions). In second place was the province of Pomeranian Voivodeship (793.9 thousand transactions), and the third one – the province of Zachodniopomorskie (651,000 transactions). In third place was the province of Lesser Poland (PLN 400.7 million). In the case of payments for tourist events (e.g. amusement parks and tour operators organizing trips, camps, summer camps, etc.), the situation was slightly different than in the case of hotel services. In this classification, the province was in the lead. Mazowieckie (PLN 87.1 million). In second place was the province of Lesser Poland (PLN 70.6 million), and the third – the province. Zachodniopomorskie (PLN 41.4 million). Some tourist entities made payments with vouchers for hotel services and tourist events at the same time. The undisputed winner in this category was the province of Lesser Poland (PLN 151.4 million). In second place was the province of Świętokrzyskie (PLN 30.7 million), the third – Pomorskie Voivodeship (PLN 12.7 million). As at 31 December 2022, there were approximately 4.5 million people entitled to a travel voucher, there were approximately 3.9 million active vouchers in the system, with: 92% of vouchers, i.e. 3.6 million (of which 2.7 million bills were fully used, and 821.6 thousand bills were partially used), there was 8% of unused active bills, i.e. 301 thousand. As at December 31, 2022 Activated travel vouchers for the amount of PLN 392.7 million are still available for use.

The largest number of entities redeem vouchers in the province Pomeranian
