People go to shooting ranges – said Zgorzelski. – As an internship in the field of education, in high school I imagine one uniformed class, for example – he added.

– The announcement itself is good. This is the implementation of the postulate, which we reported equally 10 years ago after Crimea's annexation by Russia. That is, the program of universal defense training. He has been functioning among pro -defense organizations for years – said Bosak.

He added that it does not have to be forced. – We need a good program of voluntary defense training, adapted to the life situation of people who are to be trained. For this you need a correct formula. Other for high school graduates, different for students – he said. He also drew attention to the need for a separate training formula for people who work and one that “then does not give birth to further duties” as as part of the Territorial Defense Forces.

– You have to start and you have to see, not at the end of the year, that there will be a concept and slides. At the end of the year, we should already have a pilot program completed and we should have a report on qualitative research, with people who participated in it, whether they liked it, whether they are satisfied and whether they want to come to the next training – said the politician.

He emphasized the issue of infrastructure. – In Poland, there is currently a lack of, even for professional soldiers, training grounds, shooting ranges, closed shooting ranges, dynamic shooting shootings, and accommodation facilities. If we want to train more citizens, then you need objects and you need staff. And here we can all be raced in how we support it, but if a specific staffing and investment program does not start, it simply will not happen – he concluded.

MEP Andrzej Halicki (KO) pointed out that such education should be modern. He added that in addition to learning how to shoot “you also need knowledge and medical education, first aid.” – Civil defense is needed at the time of danger. She noted that although she has pacifist views, “where we are talking about reinforcement, strengthening, financing, increasing the budget”, of course, “on yes”. – However, we do not know what the idea will be here from the Ministry of National Defense regarding training. I heard that they may have one -day, weekend. I will definitely apply for something like that – she assured.

– I think that these trainings should also be issues related to health, care, but also to mental care. Because once this issue was overlooked. And war, these are rapes, these are murders.
