A man in a newly opened restaurant in the center of Poznań spilled an intensely stinking liquid, informs the police. After that, the place had to be closed for some time. The event was recorded by a surveillance camera. The recording is published by the Poznań police looking for the perpetrator.

The event took place on Tuesday, November 9, just before 3 p.m. in the newly opened restaurant at ul. Saint Martin in Poznań. Two days later, the celebration of the Name Day of the Street was held on this street, attracting thousands of people to this area, and the restaurants are bursting at the seams.

The video published by the police shows the man entering the premises, and then, after a short conversation with the staff, he sits down at one of the tables. Moments later, taking advantage of the inattention of employees, he pours some liquid from the jar onto the floor and quickly leaves the place.

Police officers from the Old Town publish the recording and count on the help of Internet users in identifying.

It turned out to be a horrible foul-smelling liquid. Security cameras captured everything. The owner of the restaurant reported it to the police, and the restaurant itself had to be temporarily closed, informs Marta Mróz from the Poznań police. And she adds that the spilled substance was not harmful to the health of people who came into contact with it, but it was nuisance in terms of smell.

The police are asking for help in tracking the man. – We are looking for this person because we want to find out why she did it. The policemen explain what the motives of this person were and what it was aimed at – emphasizes Mróz.
