A joint patrol of the city guard and police, which controlled Praga-Północ, on the evening of June 15, noticed a Ford Mondeo on Jagiellońska Street.

“The driver had a clear problem with maintaining a straight line of driving, and at the sight of an approaching police car he accelerated significantly. This behavior intrigued the officers. The car was stopped for inspection. The driver was a citizen of Georgia. He passed the test for the presence of alcohol in his body without any problems. He gave completely different results a drug test which showed the presence of not one, but three drugs in the driver's saliva: amphetamine, cocaine and opiates,” the city guard said in a statement.
