Marcin Przydacz commented on Andrzej Duda’s Twitter entry on TVN24, in which the president commented on the way the government announced plans to purchase Grot carbines by Ukrainians. – There are naturally some differences in the level of communication in politics – said Przydacz.

Last week, it was reported that Ukraine ordered Grot carbines from a Polish factory. The Ministry of National Defense wrote on Twitter, quoting the statement of the Minister of National Defense Mariusz Blaszczak: “I have another good news. The Ukrainians decided to order more copies of the #GROT carbines from Fabryka Broni #Radom”.

He reacted to the entry of the Ministry of Defense from his profile Andrzej Duda. “No, there were no such arrangements. To be honest, I didn’t know about it, but as you can see, he didn’t give it to me. And he could have announced it tomorrow in Radom. Life…” – he wrote. He deleted the post shortly after.

Przydacz: there are naturally some differences in the level of communication in politics

The president was asked about this entry on Thursday in “Rozmowie Piaseckiego” Marcin Przydaczhead of the President’s Office of International Policy.

– I saw that tweet. The dispute between the Ministry of National Defense and the President’s office is rather an invention of the media, he said.

When asked who the president was talking about when he wrote: “He didn’t give me that and he could have given it”, Przydacz replied: – It’s hard for me to be the author of this tweet. I think that if we can talk about anything, it is about very good relations between the President and Prime Minister Błaszczak, he said.

He admitted that “there are naturally some differences in the level of communication in politics.” “Someone says ‘we want to publish it today’ and somebody says ‘no, you have to wait until tomorrow, there will be a better time’.” And so it was with the contract for Grot carbines. The president was fully aware, but – as you can see – there was no full awareness that it would be published at that moment – said the TVN24 guest.

– I have seen Prime Minister Błaszczak many times recently in the Presidential Palace. Both Mr. President and Mr. Prime Minister Błaszczak were in a good mood – added Marcin Przydacz.
