Biden spoke in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, at a website affiliated with Clayco, whose CEO Robert Clark gave $1.6 million to Democratic campaigns in 2020, in accordance Federal Election Fee records. A minimum of $116,000 of these donations have been to Biden’s presidential marketing campaign.
