However, the Law and Justice candidate won in at least four large cities of the Lodz region. And this despite the fact that in the first round a representative of the Civic Coalition won there.
According to the National Electoral Commission, the second round in the entire Łódź Voivodeship presidential elections Karol Nawrocki, supported by Law and Justice, won, obtaining 53.20 percent of support. 46.80 percent of residents voted for Rafał Trzaskowski from the Civic Coalition. In the first round in the Łódź Voivodeship, the PiS candidate also won, 32.17 percent of the inhabitants voted for him. Rafał Trzaskowski was second with a result of 30.27 percent.

Trzaskowski also won in the first round in “City of Włóknierzy”, obtaining 43.53 percent. At that time, 20.20 percent of residents voted for Nawrocki. On May 18, the candidate KO won in most large cities of the region. It wasn't like that in the second round.

On May 18, Rafał Trzaskowski won the first round of elections, among others in Piotrków Trybunalski, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Zduńska Wola and Kutno. In the second round, after counting, 100 percent of votes turned out that he lost in each of these cities. In Piotrków Trybunalski in the first round he obtained 33.53 percent support. 30.08 percent of voters voted for the PiS candidate. On June 1, the situation turned around. Nawrocki won slightly, which was voted by 50.32 percent of voters. For a candidate of KO – 49.68 percent of the inhabitants. Trzaskowski won in Tomaszów Mazowiecki on May 18, obtaining 32.96 percent of support. Nawrocki was the second with the support of 31.48 percent of the voters. However, the PiS candidate won in Wyborcza in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. 51.46 percent of residents voted for him. Rafał Trzaskowski obtained 48.54 percent support. Rafał Trzaskowski slightly won in Zduńska Wola in the first round of elections – 32.02 percent of the inhabitants voted for him. At Karol Nawrocki – 31.95 percent. In the second round, Zduńskowanie voted for more than 51.56 percent of votes for the PiS candidate. The President of Warsaw was supported by 48.44 percent of voters.
