At the beginning of his speech, Trzaskowski thanked those gathered for coming to the Krakow market. He also referred to the fact that during Monday's debate he stood next to the candidate PiS Karol Nawrocki. “When you stand next to such a neighbor as yesterday, a man thinks about what the next day, when he will stand next to positive, but above all honest people,” he said.
He said that “politics goes to help others, and not to help yourself.” He added that in “public service the most important are honesty and human selflessness.”
