Electoral turnout to South in this year's second round of presidential elections is higher than in the same period five years ago. In which voivodships are the biggest changes? On tvn24.pl we compared attendance from today's elections and those in 2020.

Attendance in voivodships now and in the presidential election 2025

Until 12 o'clock – compared to the turnout in the second round in 2020 – the largest frequency increases are in the Lublin provinces (+2.07 pp.), Podkarpackie (+1.87 percentage) and West Pomeranian (+0.9 percent)and we record the largest declines in the Lower Silesian Voivodships (-1.82 percentage), Mazowieckie (-0.86 percentage) and Opole (-0.59 percentage).

In 2025, the highest turnout until 12 o'clock was in the Lesser Poland voivodship and amounted to 27.27 percent. Five years ago at the same time in this province it was 26.53 percent. Therefore, currently attendance in this province is 0.74 percentage points higher.

In turn, the lowest attendance this year is up to 12 o'clock in the Opolskie Voivodeship – 21.01 percent. Previously, it was 21.60 percent. At that time it was also the lowest result in the country. Now the turnout is lower by 0.59 percentage points.

The second highest electoral turnout by 12 o'clock is in the Podlasie Voivodship – 26.22 percent. In previous elections in the second round the turnout by noon was 26.37 percent here. This means a change of 0.15 percentage point down.

In the Masovian Voivodeship, the turnout by noon this year amounted to 26.06 percent and this is the third result in the country. The previous time, 26.92 percent of authorized voters went to this hour in this voivodship in the second round. At that time, the Masovian Voivodeship was in the amount of attendance. The turnout is now 0.86 percentage points lower.

Comparison of attendance in the presidential elections 2020 and 2025

The next in order in terms of attendance is the Łódź Voivodeship – 25.85 percent, five years ago it was 25.66 percent. This is a up to 0.19 percentage point.

  • Świętokrzyskie – 23.71 percent to 23.45 percent (+0.26 percent);
  • Greater Poland – 22.98 percent to 23.36 percent (-0.38 percent);
  • Lubuskie – 22.47 percent to 22.71 percent (-0.24 percent);
  • Dolnośląskie – 22.28 percent (in 2020 24.10 percent; -1.82 percentage).
