Five years ago, the journalist of “Superwizjer” Bertold Kittel asked Karol Nawrocki, the current candidate of Law and Justice for president, about Olgierd L. He then stated that he did not know this person. When asked in “Fakty po Faktach” about this conversation, Bertold Kittel said that “his answer was not credible.”
Information about connections Karol Nawrockithe candidate of Law and Justice for president, with the bandit, hooligan and neo-Nazi Olgierd L. are one of the main elements of the famous “report” that has recently circulated in the media. The anonymous study concerns image threats related to Nawrocki and was intended to be sent to activists PIS even before the party officially supported the president Institute of National Remembrance in the elections.
Five years ago, the journalists of “Superwizjer” Bertold Kittel and Anna Sobolewska talked about who Olgierd L. is and his relationships with, among others, leading PiS politicians.
– In the report, we made a very thorough and careful analysis of the sources regarding the activities of Olgierd L. and the group around him – Kittel said in “Fakty po Faktach” on TVN24.
– Even though Olgierd L. himself later questioned our findings, the court in GdaÅ„sk examined these issues because we were sued and the district court and the appellate court found that any indications that there was any false information in the material were not true. The evidentiary process did not indicate that any information in this material was unreliable or untrue, he added.

He asked Nawrocki about Olgierd L.
Kittel recalled that in 2018, Olgierd L. was convicted of crimes including leading an organized criminal group aimed at obtaining income from prostitution.
– This is a man who comes from the hooligan and fan movement. In the early 2000s, he became known as a Nazi skin in GdaÅ„sk. He was convicted of various crimes very early on. He founded a group that operated on the pimping market. There was a lot of talk about it in GdaÅ„sk, he said.
The journalist asked Karol Nawrocki about Olgierd L. five years ago – he then stated that he did not know this person. When asked in “Fakty po Faktach” about this conversation, Kittel said that “his answer was not credible.”
– Olgierd L. was not a person whose existence in GdaÅ„sk could not be ignored, especially if he was active in this environment like Karol Nawrocki – he said. – I think that when he saw me, he knew that I would ask him about it and he was prepared. In my opinion, his answer is a typical response from a public figure to an uncomfortable question, he added.
Connections with “Big Bu”
In the study about Nawrocki's “dangerous relationships”, apart from Olgierd L., there is also another figure from the pimping community – “Big Bu”. – This is a man convicted several years ago, he was considered an extremely dangerous criminal in a pimp gang, Kittel said.
The journalist explained that a group of people had been created in Tricity: recidivists, criminals, neo-Nazis who “under the leadership or active participation” of Olgierd L. created “a kind of motorcycle gang.” – I analyzed the composition of this group. There are very serious actors in the drug and pimping market there, he added.

– These are people who make a living by committing crimes. This group is extremely visible, these are people who promote themselves, participate in meetings in schools in Pomerania and show children expensive Harleys, even though they have no documented sources of income – he pointed out.
When asked about Nawrocki's explanation that he could meet these people as part of social rehabilitation, when, as an employee of the Institute of National Remembrance, he conducted meetings in prisons, Kittel recalled that in 2020 this motorcycle group carried out Westerplatte its music video with the anthem, which was sung by the band Ozdrowie – consisting of people accused of promoting Nazism.
– It is an indisputable fact that Karol Nawrocki was then the director of the Museum of the Second World War, and the area of the Westerplatte Museum was his branch. Then Karol Nawrocki was obliged to protect the resources entrusted to him, he said.
