The PiS convention will be held on Sunday afternoon with the participation of President Jarosław Kaczyński. According to the announcement, the party is to announce its decision regarding support for the non-partisan presidential candidate. According to unofficial information, it will be the head of the Institute of National Remembrance, Karol Nawrocki.

Citizens' meeting with the participation of the president PIS Jarosław Kaczyńskiduring which the decision regarding support for the non-partisan presidential candidate will be announced, will take place in Krakow at 4 p.m.

The meeting will take place in Hala Sokół – this is where PiS announced 10 years ago that the party's presidential candidate would be Andrzej Duda. PiS is to support a “non-partisan candidate for the office of President of the Republic of Poland.”

Four names of potential candidates appeared in PiS: Mariusz Błaszczak, Przemysław CzarnekTobiasz Bocheński i Karol Nawrocki. If we were to literally stick to the words “decision regarding support for a non-party candidate”, it would indicate that it might not apply to Czarnek, Błaszczak and Bocheński. Of the four, only Nawrocki is not a member of Law and Justice.
