On Friday, the Sejm adopted an incidental law on the examination by the Supreme Court of cases relating, among others, to the presidential elections.
On Tuesday, the Justice and Justice Committee human rights supported the project together with the amendment submitted by the PSL-Trzeciej Droga club, according to which the validity of the elections will be decided by the 15 senior judges from three chambers of the Supreme Court: Criminal, Civil and Labor and Social Security..

Earlier, MPs from Poland 2050-Third Way submitted a draft bill assuming that matters relating to the recognition of electoral protests and the validity of elections in the upcoming presidential elections would be decided by three joint chambers of the Supreme Court: Criminal, Civil and Labor and Social Insurance, and not the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Affairs. Public Supreme Court – as stipulated in the Act on the Supreme Court. The Audit Chamber is not recognized by European tribunals and many experts as an independent court.
