A new road viaduct has been built at the intersection of Grunwaldzka and Broniewskiego streets in Pruszków. “Thanks to it, both drivers and pedestrians can now travel more safely and efficiently” – PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe praises the new investment.
– In Pruszków, at the intersection of Grunwaldzka and Broniewskiego streets, a new viaduct was built over the tracks of the railway lines – Warszawa Zachodnia – Grodzisk Mazowiecki (railway line no. 447) and Warszawa Zachodnia – Katowice (railway line no. 1) – informed Anna Znajewska-Pawluk from the PKP PLK press office.
The viaduct, including ramps, is approximately 292 meters long and approximately 14 meters wide. Two lanes await drivers, and special paths and sidewalks have been prepared for pedestrians and cyclists. The viaduct is lit and equipped with elevators.

An investment worth over PLN 24 million
The investment cost approximately PLN 24.74 million net, of which PLN 10.35 million came from PLK S.A. under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme.
The railway workers reminded that other grade-separated intersections are being built in Mazovia in Teresin and Sulejówek. Drivers, pedestrians and cyclists already use such solutions in Legionowo, Warsaw, Otwock, Sulejówek, Wołomin, Kobyłka, Tłuszcz, Topor and Jasienica Mazowiecka, and a pedestrian-bicycle viaduct has been built in Ciechanów.
