A 20-year-old suspected of trying to rape a teenager will not be released. This is what the District Court in Nowy Sącz decided. The man was to knock over, smoke and beat a 13-year-old. She was attacked when she went to school.

The perpetrator was frightened by bystanders and escaped. The teenager was hospitalized in Nowy Targ. The injuries she had suffered was superficial and there was no need for further hospitalization.
