The services received a report on Friday (July 21) at 17.37 that a truck overturned near the entrance to the S61 expressway near the town of Raczki in the Suwałki poviat.
– Our findings show that the driver was driving at excessive speed and “did not make it” on the bend – says sergeant Agnieszka Ulman from the press team of the Podlaskie police.
