In addition to the heads of foreign affairs of France and Germany, representatives of other European countries are invited, including the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiha, and the new High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas. – The most important talks about this crisis will be held in Warsaw – added Sikorski.
Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski in Katowice he was asked about the chancellor's telephone number German Olaf Scholz to the president Russia Vladimir Putin. As he noted, he had already exchanged information on this subject with the Prime Minister Donald Tusk. – It is very good that the German Chancellor almost immediately reported this conversation to the Polish Prime Minister and – from what the German Chancellor says – it follows that he presented something that Poland agrees with. Namely, that no decisions can be made regarding Ukraine without Ukraine, Sikorski said.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was also asked about the Ukrainian president's criticism of this conversation. According to Volodymyr Zelensky, the German Chancellor's call to Vladimir Putin “opens Pandora's box.” The Ukrainian leader assessed that this conversation would be followed by calls from other politicians, which would not bring peace closer and would only weaken Putin's isolation.
In response, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that he did not yet know Zelensky's statement on this matter. However, he said that “things are accelerating.” – And that's why next week I will host the Weimar Triangle Plus – he noted.
He specified that – apart from the heads of foreign ministries France and Germany – representatives of this rank from other important European countries are expected at the meeting. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andriy Sybiha, and the new High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, were also invited. – As you can see, the most important talks about this crisis will be held in Warsaw – he emphasized.
When asked if he would talk to the President of Russia himself, he replied that he would tell him, first of all, what he told the Russian representative at the Security Council. UN“to stop lying to the world and to himself about this war.” – Secondly, Russia has enough lands and does not need to conquer its neighbors' lands. And that he would take his army to Russia – added Radosław Sikorski.
