A surveillance camera of a private company in Radzyń Podlaski recorded the theft of a lamp that was mounted on the roof of a car. The owner reviewed the recordings and the next day recognized the thief in a passer-by.
The theft of an LED flash lamp occurred on December 11 on the premises of one of the companies in Radzyń Podlaski. “An unknown perpetrator stole an LED warning lamp mounted on the roof of a car parked on the company's premises,” the police in Radzyń described in a statement.

The next day, unaware of this, the thief was passing by the company and was recognized by the owner.
Police officers called to the scene arrested a 47-year-old man suspected of committing a crime. The value of the losses was estimated at PLN 1,000.
The man was charged with theft. Now the court will decide on his fate. According to applicable regulations, theft is punishable by up to five years in prison.
