The candidate KO admitted that he was happy with Siewierz's decision. “I am glad that Minister Siewiera agreed that he would advise me socially if I became president,” he said.
– I have known the minister for many years and we talked many times. I asked if he would advise me, because continuity is very much needed – emphasized Trzaskowski.
The presidential candidate for President noted that he would like to cooperate. “I would like to be able to go beyond these ad hoc political divisions and cooperate,” he said. – There are people in Poland who are state -owners. (…) In security issues, we should all work – he added.
Trzaskowski also referred to the position of Karol Nawrocki towards Ukraine in NATO. Nawrocki definitely opposes this and expresses the readiness to sign under Sławomir Mentzna's declaration obliging candidates, among others, that after taking the office of the president they will not sign the law on the ratification of Ukraine's accession to NATO.
