The project “Construction of the infrastructure of the railway border crossing in Siemianówka” was carried out for three years. It was co-financed under the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation Program 2014-2020, from which most of the money came – over PLN 25 million. State contribution up to over PLN 2.7 million.
The main goal of the investment is faster clearance of goods, which is to encourage entrepreneurs to transport as many goods as possible by rail, as well as monitoring the cargo transported there.
