On Monday (August 14), in the afternoon, a cyclist came to the parking lot of the police headquarters in Radzyń Podlaski, leaving his bike almost in front of the entrance to the building.
“The man confidently approached the device hanging on the wall to check his sobriety. Unfortunately, the difficulties associated with starting the device forced him to ask a police officer for help” – writes Deputy Commissioner Piotr Mucha in the communiqué.

During the conversation with the men’s duty officer, he stated that he just wanted to check his sobriety. When a 59-year-old resident of Radzyń Podlaski underwent an examination, it turned out that he had more than two per mille of alcohol in his body.
