Both their statements and checks made in ICT systems show that they got to Poland illegally, crossing the state border against the regulations” – informs in the message Nadwiślański Border Guard Unit. – “Therefore, administrative proceedings were initiated against all of them, which resulted in issuing decisions obliging them to return with a ban on re-entering our country and other Schengen countries for a period of one to three years.”
