Power generators worth PLN 92 million, which were to go to Ukraine, were distributed by Law and Justice in the campaign before last year's elections – Onet reported. – These financial operations are very well documented and this is ready material for investigators to file charges – commented Borys Budka from KO. As KO senator Krzysztof Kwiatkowski stated, “PiS has concluded that it will not win votes in Ukraine in the Polish parliamentary elections.” Mariusz Błaszczak from PiS, when asked about the portal's findings, did not deny them. He only stated that he “is cautious and recommends caution.”

Onet examines financial flows from the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves. An order from an agency for delivery Ukraine Power generators were received – writes Onet – by, among others, “the StoPro agency, which in 2019 worked on the election campaign of Mateusz Morawiecki, and, according to the CBA, last year for the president of the Government Agency of Strategic Reserves, Michał Kuczmierowski, who was fighting for a parliamentary seat.”

StoPro received PLN 92 million for the purchase of units. However, the equipment did not reach Ukraine and was distributed to firefighters by Kuczmierowski when he was running his election campaign.

Politicians commented on the matter in the Sejm on Wednesday. – I have the impression that Kaczyński was unable to understand that he was losing power. They were so brazen, he said Borys Budka with KO.

The prosecutor's office is investigating the activities of RARS

The National Prosecutor's Office announced on Monday that the Silesian Branch of the Department of Organized Crime and Corruption of the National Prosecutor's Office is supervising the investigation into, among others, abuse of powers and failure to fulfill duties by RARS representatives.

Numerous searches were carried out, extensive documentation was secured, witnesses were interviewed, bank accounts were blocked and financial resources in the total amount of over PLN 117 million were secured.
