However, there is a threat that this wave of investment will come right behind new wave – of great dissatisfaction and disappointment. – Poles greatly lack substantive preparation before deciding to buy a Spanish property. They don't want to spend more time finding out and that often gets them lost. They don't even want to hear that something may be wrong, which is why I appeal to people to better prepare for it and not to assume that just because someone, e.g. a celebrity, has bought a property in a given region, it means that such an investment is good and problems will not arise. will be created – explains the expert.
And what could these problems be? Well, some regions are prone to droughts, which may cause regular water shortages in your home, while others are susceptible to floods. You don't have to look far to recall such a flood. In November, a flood wave hit the Valencia region. Renting can be difficult. The expert warns
