Law and Justice in the past few days announced four questions that are to appear in the referendum on October 15. These questions, with particular emphasis on the third one, concerning migration, were described and commented on by foreign media. The British “Guardian” and the Spanish “El Pais” noted that although Poland hosts over a million refugees from Ukraine, “political leaders have expressed opposition to accepting Muslims and people from other cultures, arguing that they threaten the identity and security of the state.” In turn, Politico drew attention to the way in which the leader of the Civic Platform, Donald Tusk, was shown in the spot announcing the third question.
